Full Monthly Service

The OrderSmart support team will set up your restaurant or business including the items database of your last inventory. A group of experts will add and maintain your vendor catalogs. Restaurant industry experienced staff will implement the system in your restaurant or business. Subscription will be for a three month trial and if you think OrderSmart is a good fit for you we'll charge a monthly fee every month thereafter.

This plan includes:

  • Logins and passwords for up to 6 individuals
  • Automatic backup of all files and purchase orders on a secure server
  • Use of the supply selection, ordering, receiving, recipe costing, inventory, and reporting modules of the OrderSmart system for an unlimited number of vendors
  • Transmission of purchase orders to vendors via email or fax automatically, with real-time status updates and support 24 hrs for failed transmissions
  • Free OrderSmart upgrades
  • E-mail and telephone support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Ongoing maintenance of ALL supplier item pricing and availability information 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by OrderSmart
  • Free unlimited use of all features; Recipe costing, Price Watch, cost minder and Estimates and budgets features
  • 50% discount of set up fee

Smartpak Training

Three 2 hour training or system analysis and maintenance for customer under the Basic service only. (In house visits are limited to specific cities.)

Basic Monthly Service

Customer receives a log in, a system booklet and a user's manual. In this program customers will set up and operate OrderSmart as well as maintain their own vendor catalogs. Subscription will be for a three month trial and if you think OrderSmart is a good fit for you we'll charge a monthly fee every month thereafter.

This plan includes:

Initial Setup

For customers that have chosen the Basic service, OrderSmart can set up your account for an additional charge. This will be a traditional set up and include:
  • In-depth review of existing ordering practices
  • Restaurant and user profile setup
  • Supplier(s) setup
  • Accounting group setup
  • Storage location setup
  • Item setup
  • 4 Hour training for 2 personnel
  • Assistance of a Restaurant experience implementator trough the implementation process
  • System test and activation
